Sources and scope
Our practice guides distinguish government references, commercial comparison data and a practice’s own agreement. Public-source links support general explanations; they do not verify an NPAG client outcome. Our online national figures are screening references, not verified local or payer-specific offers.
Modeled opportunity versus verified outcome
A comparison gap is not a promised rate increase. We distinguish opportunities identified in analysis, payer-agreed changes in executed amendments, and payments verified after implementation. Illustrative calculations identify their assumptions and are not presented as client results. An opportunity score is not a success probability.
Confidentiality and case studies
New public case studies require supporting records and specific publication approval. Practice names and patient information are not published. Geographic and specialty details are limited to the approved anonymity scope. Paraphrases are labeled; quotation marks are reserved for approved verbatim statements.
Review and updates
Guides identify their editorial review date. NPAG editorial review describes responsibility for the content; it does not imply an external endorsement or a credentialed legal review. Source changes or corrections may require updated comparisons. Check the source date and the applicable agreement before relying on a figure.
Commercial interest and advice
NPAG offers paid contract analysis and negotiation services. Our educational content is not individualized legal advice and does not guarantee payer acceptance or higher collections. Pricing and engagement scope should be reviewed before committing to a service.
