  • Your main commercial payers and the effective dates of their agreements.
  • Current fee schedules and your highest-volume CPT codes, if available.
  • Approximate commercial billing and the payment issues you want to address.

We discuss your payer mix and contract concerns, identify the documents needed, and explain the scope and cost of a detailed analysis. You can review the proposed engagement before deciding whether to proceed. Payers are not required to agree to higher rates.
